How an Atlanta Vestibular PT Got Booked 3 Weeks Out With No Ads
The short version
Dr. Jose Crespo, DPT, runs Vertigo Atlanta & Physical Therapy, a one-on-one vestibular clinic in Atlanta. Before this summer his new-patient flow was low, he wasn't booked weeks out, and a lot of his day went to the phone: explaining what vestibular rehab is, checking whether a caller was a fit, and then booking them.
R Creative built him a new website in about four weeks. It went live on July 23, 2026. Today he says his new patients have more than doubled, and he's booked out about 3 weeks. He hasn't spent anything on ads.
"The website has been a blessing."

Where he started
Dr. Crespo is good at what he does, but people with dizziness and balance problems often don't know vestibular PT exists, let alone what a first visit looks like. So they called. Every call meant he had to explain the treatment, figure out whether the person was a fit, and find a time. That's a clinician's time going to phone calls that a website could handle.
His old site wasn't bringing in much on its own, either. Looking back, he put it plainly:
"... my business was surviving just exclusively off the Google business profile."
What we built
We built the site around one idea: a patient should be able to understand the care, trust the clinician and book, without picking up the phone.
- Answers before the call. Clear pages on the conditions he treats, what happens at a first visit and what treatment looks like, plus an FAQ built from the questions patients actually ask.
- His real clinical work on the page. Short clips from his practice show patients what vestibular care looks like, which builds trust a stock photo can't.
- Booking everywhere. A Book button on every page, wired into his scheduling system, so a ready patient is never more than one click away.
- Built to be found. Structured data that tells Google, and the AI tools people now use to search, exactly who he is, where he is and what he treats.
He told us early on how he wanted to work:
"That's easier for me as well. I like just letting you guys roll with it."
Win 1: more patients
About six weeks after launch, on a check-in call, he said:
"It's actually been outstanding ... they're not calling, they're just getting on the website and scheduling."
By October his new patients had more than doubled, and he was booked roughly 3 weeks out. Growth came fast enough that it changed his hiring plans:
"I'm gonna have to move faster than I was expecting ... to hire an assistant because I can't keep up."
Win 2: less phone time per booking
More bookings would be good on their own. The bigger change for a solo clinician is that those bookings stopped costing him phone time.
"Website has eliminated all friction and most new patients are just scheduling directly on website without calling to discuss the nature of the rehab."
Most patients now book online without the 5–10 minute calls he used to need. Those are the calls that used to eat his day. From July 25 to October 21, 192 visitors clicked Book on his site, while 22 tapped to call. Now the site does the explaining and the scheduling, and he gets that time back for patients:
"I rather call patients and reactivate their plan of care."
A bonus: the AI bump
Patients are also finding him through AI search.
"I am noticing more and more patients report ChatGPT on where they found me. The AI bump has been solid."
When someone asks ChatGPT where to get help for vertigo in Atlanta, the site gives it clear, structured answers to work with.
All of this with no ads
Every result above came from the website and organic search. There's been no paid advertising. For a practice that's ready to grow further, ads would be an add-on to a site that already converts, not a patch for one that doesn't.
"This will be a blessing. It's doing exactly what I was hoping it would do."
In Dr. Crespo's words
After launch, Dr. Crespo sent us a written review. A few lines from it:
"My original, self-built website functioned more like a digital brochure announcing that my practice existed, rather than actually communicating what I do ..."
"I have more than doubled my weekly new-patient evaluations ... Most patients now schedule online without requiring the 5–10 minute phone conversations I previously needed to explain my services ..."
"For a specialized medical practice, your website needs to do much more than look good. It needs to establish credibility, educate prospective patients, answer their questions, and make it easier for them to take the next step."

What this means for your practice
If you run a PT, chiropractic or dental practice, you probably know the pattern: new patients call with the same questions, you or your front desk answer them one at a time, and the ones who don't get through go somewhere else. A website that answers those questions and lets people book on the spot fixes both sides. You get more patients, and you spend less time on the phone getting them.
